TJ E P T O O L L E A S I N G – FA Q What is TJEP Tool Leasing? TJEP Tool Leasing is a leasing concept that allows you to lease the best quality fixing tools on the market for a low, fixed monthly payment. The leasing period runs over 36 months, after which you purchase the tool at a low residual value. TJEP Tool Leasing is a collaboration between one of our many TJEP dealers and GRENKE. Can all TJEP tools be leased? Yes, by default all TJEP tools can be leased if your dealer offers TJEP Tool Leasing. However, the total purchase value must be at least 500 EUR before a leasing contract can be set up. What happens when the leasing contract expires? When the leasing contract expires after 36 months, GRENKE will send you an invoice for 4% of the purchase value. The tool is then yours. Who sets the final leasing amount? You and your dealer agree on the final purchase price and the leasing amount is determined based on this with a fixed, low monthly payment. What happens if the tool requires a service? If your tool requires a service, contact your dealer who will arrange to send the tool to TJEP for repair. You can get a free estimate prior to repair (however, repairs valued at less than EUR 100 are carried out without further agreement). Following the repair, the tool is returned to your dealer, who will then bill you. Remember that you can also use our service centre AFTER the end of the leasing period!

What happens if the tool is stolen? A condition for setting up the leasing contract is that the tool is insured (against theft, fire, water damage). If you do not have suitable insurance that covers this, you must set up an insurance policy through GRENKE. Have your dealer contact the local GRENKE branch for an offer.
