In some cases, quality tools can be a major investment for a professional craftsman. The craftsman must have a solid cash flow, and as a dealer you are often probably aware that the craftsman may have to consider cheaper alternatives. With TJEP Tool Leasing, you can now give the craftsman access to the best quality tools on the market for a fixed, low monthly payment.

All sales of TJEP products will still be made through our TJEP dealers – TJEP Tool Leasing simply allows you to offer the tools for a clear, low, fixed monthly payment instead of a higher one-off price. What is probably the easiest thing to sell to a customer who wants to buy a compressor, a hose drum and a 4” nailer?

In short, TJEP Tool Leasing means you sell the tools to our financing partner GRENKE, who then leases them to the customer over a period of 36 months. At the end of the leasing period, the customer buys the tool from GRENKE. You have the opportunity to monitor the leasing process from start to finish, and can thereby negotiate with the customer about any additional sale when the leasing period is coming to an end.

The process can be described in three small steps: STEP 1 Set up a contract

STEP 2 Credit check

1. Customer contacts you 2. You agree products and prices and you, as the dealer, inform the customer about TJEP Tool Leasing 3. You log in to the GRENKE portal or contact your local department (see back page) and set up the case in the portal 4. GRENKE sends a confirmation email

STEP 3 Deal is completed

1. GRENKE receives the application

1. Inform the customer about the decision from GRENKE

2. A credit check is performed

2. You issue the contract to the customer who signs that the goods have been received

3. Soon after, GRENKE sends an email with the result of the credit check a. Positive decision b. Negative decision c. Additional information is required

3. Inform the customer about the basic terms of the contract and answer any questions 4. If necessary, contact your local GRENKE branch for further support 5. You will receive payment from GRENKE within 24 hours of submitting all relevant documents to GRENKE

I N C R E A S E T U R N O V E R – R E G U L A R L O W PAY M E N T S TJEP Tool Leasing allows you to increase turnover by putting together a product mix with a higher gross price, but always with relatively low payments for the customer. If the customer now chooses high pressure tools instead of 8 bar tools, the calculation would look like this:
