INTRO DUCTION A

woman with multiple attributes and donning multiple hats, Shubra Chaturvedi is an educationist, author, model, and orator. Hailing from Prayagraj, Ms. Shubhra is the Director of Ttrounce Education, a skill development institute where she works as a personality development and English trainer. She not just helps the students with basic etiquette but also helps them to groom their overall personality along with helping them to overcome their fear of the English language. Apart from her contribution as an educationist, Ms. Shubhra is a poetess with many of her poems and talks on YouTube. Ms. Shubhra is also a Research Scholar pursuing her Ph.D. and has been a TEDx Speaker along with being a speaker at the Josh Talks.She as been on CNBC AWAZ as one of the panelists emphasising the importance of Soft Skills.She was recently featured in the prestigious INDIA TODAY MAGAZINE as one of the “TOP SIX YOUNG INDIAN ACHIEVERS“ and was also featured on the cover page of the famous Glorious India Magazine.

Shubhra has been awarded with the prestigious SHEREOS “NAARI SAMMAN AWARD “ this year on the occasion of INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY .She has also been recently featured amongst the TOP 10 EMERGING INDIAN WOMEN along with the eminent and powerful personalities like Ms.Sudha Murthy and Ms.Falguni Nayar to name a few.

Shubhra was also listed as one of the Top 8 “EMERGING INDIAN WOMEN “ by FILMY CHARCHA.

Ms. Shubhra is also a trained Salsa dancer and has done ‘Prabhakar’ in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti. She has won multiple awards which include ‘Shaan-e-Prayag 2019’ and; National Education Leadership Award for Excellence in Teaching English. A certified Corporate and Soft Skills trainer , Ms. Shubhra is also the first plus-size model from Uttar Pradesh. She has won various beauty pageants and has also walked the ramp at Taj Vivanta; Dwarka, Delhi as one of the Top 30 finalists of Maven Ms. Plus Size India. Ms. Shubhra has been featured in JOURNEY magazine as one of the Top 100 Educators and she has taught thousands of students in the past 12 years.

1. What does your name SHUBHRA mean?

Shubhra means as pure as the colour white .It also happens to be a name of Goddess Saraswati.

2. "Womanhood is a blessing" what has been your inspiring journey being a woman?

I think my journey as a Woman has been full of learnings both personally and professionally with a lot of ups and downs .To be precise it has been a rollercoaster ride with a lot of bumps but I feel the essence of Womanhood is 'THE NEVER SAY DIE /NEVER GIVE UP ATTITUDE ' that kept me going and moving ahead in life .From a shy school girl to a Pageant winner,an Edupreneur, A Corporate and Soft Skills Trainer ,the journey has been a mix of blessings,growth ,success and failures.

3. How do you wish to inspire the Woman Community?

To the woman community,I just don't want to be a model but a "Role Model "who believes in the power of her dreams and keeps accepting failures ,taking it all in her stride and in the process keeps learning from her mistakes .

4. What has been your biggest obstacle being a Woman?

Trying to convince people and the society at large that being a woman doesn't make me any less than men in any way or in any standards.

Not a story but a fact that inspite of failing miserably in personal life,slipping into depression ,I bounced back and by the grace of Almighty ,blessings of my Parents and elders ,love and support of my family and friends ,I emerged as a winner .I did not let that failure define me as a person . I continued to believe in myself, my abilities and just kept moving forward towards making my dream into a reality.

6. Is it easy being a Woman? Or we need to face partiality in terms of uplifting our profession/passion.

Nothing comes easy in life especially in Male dominated Society and yes there is a lot of biasness and partiality but if you are fiercely independent and strong willed , no matter how many obstacles you face ,you will eventually reach your destination.

7. What does the Word "SHEROES" mean to you?

SHEROES to me are all super heroes born as women ,to do wonders and make everyone believe in miracles and selflessness.
