IntroDuction am Vandana Nalini Singh from Noida ,Uttar Pradesh. An academician ,a historian,a prolific writer, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, social activist, researcher and professor of history. I am University Topper of Lucknow University in History and an accomplished award winning Academician having been honoured with the National Award from the Ministry of Human Affairs Directorate of higher education and the highest College award for academic excellence and social service.I have received various other accolades and recognitions for meritorious achievement .I have been honoured with ‘The Real Super Woman Award 2021 for Multi Talented Category : Academician and Motivational Speaker’ and AIWA’s Top 100 Influential women award for educationalist, author and motivational speaker .I strongly believe that Education is the most powerful weapon of change and I utilize my profession in preparing my students for greater struggles in life and to aspire to become a face in the crowd.An educationist is a change maker and I have always endeavoured to be the change I wish to see around me. Being chosen for the honor of 'Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam National Excellence Award' gave me the motivation to strive to take education to greater heights. The writer within me has always been overpowering and scaled my achievements to yet another level bringing me the honor of the Literary Awards ‘Tagore Sahitya Samman’, ‘William Shakespeare Golden Book and Laureate Award’and ‘Charles Dickens Award’.Writing has always been my passion.It allows my thoughts to lift into creativity , not hampered by opinion. My role as an inspirational woman blessed me with the honour of ‘Sarojini Naidu Iconic Women Achievers Award ,’Sheroes Naari Samman’,’Women of Excellence Award’,’City excellence award’ ,Women of Future Award’and‘Vishwa Bharat Hunar Samman’ as Versatile Woman of the year.I was felicitated with the ‘Pride of India Award’ on the occasion of Republic day as a glorious citizen of the country .
ASPIRING ACHIEVERS
As a member of the ‘Inspiring Women Community’ and ‘Indian Women’s History Museum Foundation’, I have endeavored to inspire and uplift women. I have participated in various workshops , conferences ,seminars, symposiums and webinars .As a Researcher I have presented research papers on various topics such as’Female Foeticide and Infanticide- a challenge to human rights’, ‘Growth of political consciousness in Lucknow during the British rule’,‘Religious Ethics: Philosophy of Karma’,‘Why Preserve and restore ? Importance of conservation of historical monuments’, ‘Media Projecting the role of women oscillating between violence and empowerment ’etc .As an author I have co authored several books such as ‘Rising India…..An Echo’ ,‘Samvad… Deliberations on Gender Equality’, ‘Fundamentals of Public Speaking’ , ‘ Artificial Intelligence- An Inducement of Technology in Human Affairs’, ‘Literature and History;Exchanges and Interactions’ ,’Anthology on Delhi’ etc. My keenness in promoting a vehicle of consciousness about Organic Foods brought me into the health and wellness industry as an entrepreneur for Organic foods with my enterprise ‘Triage Agro Foods’. I have even explored the world of beauty being the Top finalist of Mrs Capital of India 2021 , Winner of Mrs India Majestic, Second runners up Miss/Mrs India 2023 and Miss/Mrs Glam International 2023,Second runners up Miss/Mrs India International, Best Rampwalk Title winner for Mrs India Universe etc. For contributing to the cause of upliftment of the needy and supporting the cause of girl child education I was honoured with ‘Mother Teresa Memorial Award’by Sahara Charitable Trust in 2023 . I believe in transcending boundaries that could limit me from leaving a trace behind.A clear passion, a resolute determination, pursuit for excellence, indefatigable spirit and self –discipline are the parameters that account for my incredible milestones achieved successfully.

1. Who is your inspiration & why? My parents are my source of inspiration,they have always motivated me to be still in chasing my dreams and to never lose hope. My father Mr K.K Charan worked as Quality Assurance Manager in Tata Iron and Steel Company,Jamshedpur.A dynamic person who brought great laurels to the company.He has inspired me to excel in life and to endeavor to be a face in the crowd.He has instilled hope in me,ignited my imaginations ,motivated me to dare to dream for the impossible and to reach out for the skies.My mother Mrs C .J Charan is a housewife but a truly empowered woman who has taught me to be upright and strong , to chase my dreams,to wear my scars like wings and to keep striving till I have achieved perfection. My parents have taught me to believe in myself,to train my mind to see the good in every situation,to live life purposefully,to be courageous,to never stop dreaming,to cut through the rocks of failure to create a new course ahead and to be patient,persistent and persevering in life.Their mantra for me is ‘If you can’t fly then run,If you can’t run then walk,if you can’t walk try to crawl but whatever you do just keep moving forward,a little progress each day will add up to big results so never quit but keep moving.’ Their belief and guidance have been the illuminating light in my life and they stand as my ideal inspiration.
2. Do you believe in dreams? What has been your biggest dream? Have you achieved it? Everyone comes in this world pre equipped with a calendar of memorable moments and events and my approach to life has been to renew my calendar and make it more vibrant and varied as long as I live. My journey for new happenings and new horizons in life still awaits exploration for new beginnings.Optimism being my defining statement motivates me to see the good in every situation and to see dreams with open eyes. I certainly believe in dreams.My dreams created my desires,my desires fuelled my determination and my determination has become my destiny.The biggest dream of my life is to be a multifaceted woman and to create ripples of success in all my endeavours.The future undoubtedly belongs to those who endeavour to be multifaceted in their approach.Life for me is to recreate myself for a better,brighter and meaningful tomorrow.I have always used my words , actions and expressions to create positive change around me . I have always aspired to explore different dimensions of life which has transformed my destiny in a multifaceted direction .Today I have excelled as an acdemician ,researcher ,educationist, motivational speaker,enterpreneur,social activist, author, reformer ,beauty icon and a woman of substance.My dreams have found their destiny and their accomplishment has been truly overwhelming and rewarding for me.‘Chase your dreams confidently. Dream Unstoppable,Aspire to Inspire,build new doors ,challenge adversity and live majestically like a queen '' has been my life mantra and being shortlisted for the cover star accomplishes the same.

5. If you ever get a chance to do something for the WOMAN COMMUNITY, what would you do?
Education is something we have to keep pursuing persistently. If we don't step forward we will remain redundant. The best way to predict our future is to create it.Indeed the sky is not the limit. It is only the beginning.....” There is no limit to how far I wish to continue as my journey is ongoing .I see myself in the times ahead as soaring high in life,striving for professional excellence,enhancing my skills and exploring new avenues to live life purposefully.My optimistic attitude foresees the future as being progressive for me.I see myself availing new oppurtunities to rebuild myself for a better,brighter and meaningful tomorrow.I see myself as an individual generating positive vibrations to illuminate the lives around me both as an educator and as an empowered woman.As a Historian my approach for my future would be ‘In the light of the present I see myself building bridges from dreams to reality ,accomplishing academic landmarks ,and imprinting myself in the pages of history with the ink of excellence.'
My Advocacy for life is" Women empowerment " I aspire to inspire women to celebrate womanhood, to make it their greatest strength and to overcome every circumstance that can destroy her dreams. The road to gender equality remains unpredictable but an empowered woman can cast a stone across turbulent waters of prejudice and oppression creating ripples of equality, freedom and respect. Hence if ever I get a chance to do something for the woman community,I would stand up to be the voice of the community, to educate them, to illuminate their lives, to instill self-belief in them, to motivate them to live unconditionally, encourage them to rise above fears and doubts and to be a woman of substance.By the spark of education and the skill of being a motivational speaker and writer I will leave no stone unturned to be an advocate for the women community I would boost their self esteem and teach them to value their preferences.I would endeavour to change the stereotypical narrative of women and validate her entity as the most beautiful creation of God with divine manifestation and the uniqueness of the power to create ,nurture and transform.
4. What does the word "ASPIRING ACHIEVER" mean to you? Aspiring Achievers for me implies to chasing my dreams,following my passion,shining bright and rising above all doubts and fears.It is an avenue where dreams transform into reality, and success becomes your destiny transcending you from an ordinary woman into the realm of a celebrity with the aura of a queen.

I strongly admire the genius of Aishwarya Rai as my role model from the fashion industry.Her name resonates with the magic of timeless beauty and success.The most beautiful woman in the world who continues to define her legacy as a fashion icon.Her etheral beauty and elegant mannerisms,her undeniable talent,her global appeal and illustrious career make her my favourite choice.She inspires me by her relentless spirit and motivates me to keep escalating my spirits till I have achieved my milestone of perfection .

WHAT IS YOUR VIEW ON WOMEN EMPOWERMENT? ‘There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise’.Truly there is no limit to what women can accomplish,the sky is the limit for her,all she needs is to remember to keep moving on.A woman is the beauty of God’s creation and undoubtedly she will always rise is what I advocate.She should always believe in herself and aspire to live her dreams.Within her alone is the power to create, nurture and transform. Wherever there is a woman there is the magic of hope, the beauty of life and the inspiration to create ripples of success through distress.An empowered woman personifies optimism and indomitable spirit. An empowered woman is an embodiment of strength ,compassion, beauty, spirituality and hope.She not only celebrates womanhood but makes it her greatest strength .She fuels her life with self confidence,rebuilds herself, uplifts and empowers another woman, raises her voice against injustice, soars high to actualize her dreams,has an attitude and standards, knows her value and is not affected by the opinion of others. Charlotte Brontë has rightly observed about an empowered woman “I am no bird; and no net ensnares me: I am a free human being with an independent will.”
