LINEN HIRE linen orders must be placed at the time of the booking (or at least 7 days before arrival) and paid on site in cash.

Cost per linen change: • Double set: € 20 • Single set: € 15 • Beach towel set: €8 each towel • Cot for children: € 2 per day • High chair: € 2 per day • Baby bath: € 2 per day • Air conditioning (where available): €5 per day.

ARRIVAL AT THE CAMPING At your arrival at the campsite you will find our reception, where our staff will help you with the check-in procedure, will ask you the mandatory deposit of € 100 (to be paid in cash), and will show you your accommodation which will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

During your stay our staff will be available to answer your questions and provide help and information to guarantee you a carefree holiday.

Stay in the camping

All campsites have their own rules, which the customers are asked to observe. You can obtain details of these at the campsite reception upon request. In low season some facilities might not be available or may be limited because of maintenance work or, in case of swimming pools, because of the weather. We kindly ask you to understand that these situations cannot be attributed neither to Happy Camp nor to the campsite.

Sports and animation

Some of Aqua Camp campsites provide entertainment in high season (July and August) with sports activities, mini clubs, evening shows, and entertainment for both adults and children. In low season some campsites provide a reduced entertainment program.

In some campsites the entertainment activities might be available with an extra cost.

Dog rules

Dogs are allowed upon request according to the conditions on page 94 only in Marina Julia Camping Village, availability is limited, maximum 1 dog per unit.

Useful informations

Camping involves living in a natural environment and it is therefore possible that you will come across one or two of God’s small creatures. Please beware of leaving food uncovered inside and outside the accommodation.

Tourist tax

In many of our campsites customers are required to pay a daily tourist tax per person, that must be paid to be paid directly at the campsite reception, in cash.

Don't forget

If you don't hire linen, don't forget to bring from home linen and towels; and in any case tablecloth, rags, sponge to wash dishes, toilet paper and detergents.

The day of your departure our staff will check the accomodation, which must be vacated no later than 10 am.

Final cleaning

Customers are asked to leave the accommodation clean. A deduction from your deposit for a final clean will be taken if your accommodation is not clean when you leave: € 40,- Aqua Camp staff is not able to offer a final cleaning service.

AQUA 1 CHILD, 5 ADULTS

The Mobile Home Aqua is the ideal solution for you to spend a quiet holiday without renouncing all your comforts.

This model has a welcoming and functional interior design and can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Inside you will find a double bedroom, another bedroom you will either find two single beds and a smaller drop-down bed (suitable only for children) or one single bed and a bunk bed. All the bedroom windows have mosquito nets. There is a complete kitchen, a fridge with small chiller compartment, a hob with 4 burners, electric sockets and a living area with sofa (which can turn into a single bed), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You will find also garden furniture table, chairs, parasol and a barbeque (where permitted by the campsite); which can be a charcoal or gas barbecue or an electric grill. All Aqua Camp accommodations are non-smoking.

Sole mobile homes are well known and very appreciated by our clients, they are the ideal choice for those who want a relaxing holiday in mobile home.

The mobile home has a double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Depending on the type of mobile home, the second bedroom can be composed of two single beds and a smaller drop-down bed (suitable only for children). The seating area can be used as additional sleeping space for 1 person. This type of mobile home can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Overlooking the Brijuni Islands, this campsite is perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday. The surrounding area is well worth a visit: Pula is only 10 kilometres away and you can also explore the Kamenjak Peninsula, a natural park with beautiful landscapes and cliffs, perfect for diving.
