So you’ve chosen the model and layout of your caravan and received your indicative quote and estimated build date. Next, you’ll simply need to sign and return our Retail Sales Agreement and make the 10% deposit towards your van. Now you are officially part of the Titanium family and the real fun begins…
It’s now time to choose your colour and design. We’ll reach out to confirm your design choices at or around 4 months prior to build prior to your scheduled build date and set the wheels in motion.
Looking for inspiration for your caravan colour scheme? We highly recommend booking an appointment with one of our expert Design Consultants, who will guide you seamlessly through the design process.
Make it your own. Firstly, choose the colour scheme of your caravan’s exterior, composite paneling, decals, and chequer plate.
Next, it’s time to choose the colour scheme of your caravan’s flooring, splashback, benchtops, lounge suite material and overhead cupboards.
Looking to add some accessories to make van life more comfortable? Now is the time. Subject to approval, we can add a variety of accessories to your build. Flip to page 12 for Titanium Caravans’ most loved accessories, or check out our website for the full range.
Once you’re finished designing your dream caravan, we’ll provide you with an exact floor plan and van specifications for your sign-off. This happens at or around 3 months prior to build prior to the build. Now you have locked in your design, you’ll simply need to sign and return our Retail Sales agreement and make a deposit towards your van to commence the build.
Signed off but had a change of mind? Don’t worry! Changes after sign-off are tricky, but may still be possible. All changes are subject to Titanium’s approval and are subject to a fee of $1500 plus any applicable labour.

Once your chassis has been built, we’ll provide you with the chassis and VIN number. All you’ll need to do is provide these to your insurance and finance provider and you’re on your way to being on the road!
Your caravan has now been built and it’s looking forward to greeting its owners. But before you drive away into the sunset, you’ll need to make sure the balance has been settled.
To ensure a smooth collection of your new caravan, please allow up to three days for funds to clear and your payment to appear in our account. If funds aren’t settled prior to the delivery date of your van, we will need to reschedule your handover date. Bank cheques on the day of pick up, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

We’ve prepared a handy checklist of things you must do before you pick up your caravan, to ensure your vehicle is road-ready to tow your caravan. This will make the handover as smooth as possible and get you on the road quicker. Now you’re ready to begin your adventure!
It’s time to meet your new caravan! The handover is not just a pick-up. It is so much more! We’ll meet you at Titanium Caravans HQ, or at another location if we deem it more suitable. There, we’ll give you a personal walk through of all the features of your caravan and show you how everything works before you hit the road.
Please make sure you’ve read our ‘Must do’s list’ on page 16 to ensure your vehicle is road-ready to tow your caravan. This will make the handover as smooth as possible and get you on the road quicker. Now you’re ready to begin your adventure!
