Recyclers of scrap paper exist in all countries and are providing collection services companies, separation, storage, classification and relocation of waste (scrap) paper and cardboard pre and post consumption. For the first time, the TSA – Tissue Softness Analyzer allows an objective determination of the softness of tissue. As of shortly there has not been any satisfying softness measuring method at all.

The TSA can assess all critical individual parameters that affect the felt softness and provides a softness number that correlates very well with the human hand-feel panel.

Thus the TSA is a very efficient tool to safe time, energy and costs in tissue production.

Besides this we are going to display its new line of wet-end charge measurement systems, namely the CAS touch! – Charge Analyzing System as well as the FPA touch! – Fiber Zeta Potential Analyzer. Both units enable the user to optimize the dosage of chemicals in the wet-end process in order to improve the product quality and to save money at the same time.

Ele pode avaliar todos os parâmetros individuais do papel, que afetam a maciez, e dar um número de maciez altamente correlacionável com o hand-feel do painel humano. Portanto, o TSA é uma ferramenta muito eficiente que permite economizar: tempo, energia e dinheiro nos custos da produção de tissue.

Além disso iremos mostrar a nova linha de equipamentos para medição em wet-end que chamamos de: CAS touch! – Sistema para medição de demanda iônica e FPA touch! – Medidor do Zeta Potential das fibras. For the first time, premium quality tissue can now be produced from 100% recycled paper.
