INTRODUCTION

ASIA’S MEETING POINT FOR PULP, PAPER, TISSUE, PACKAGING AND RELATED INDUSTRIES Tissue World and Asian Paper are joining forces in Bangkok to respond to the important growth, the strong development and the request of the industry. The news of the merger was received with much enthusiasm!

The original Tissue World, which was launched in Nice, France in 1993, is the flagship event of the Tissue World series: The world’s largest trade show specifically dedicated to the tissue business, has finally touched down in ASEAN. Together with the 15th edition of Asian Paper, the premier paper event in Asia, this combination will set stage for another impactful regional event that will combine the peculiar local industry communities with a network of international key players.

The global Tissue World portfolio expands its reach to South East Asia!

In 2016, Asian Paper attracted 2,587 participants from 48 countries during the three day event.

The first Tissue World event was held in Nice in 1993. Since then, it has expanded into a global event series serving the tissue industry, with its footprints in Italy, USA, Turkey, Brazil, and now Thailand.

The 15th edition of the Asian Paper in 2018 will be expanding the event and merge with Tissue World.

Asian Paper exhibition covers the entire pulp and paper value chain, from chemicals, machineries, parts, converters to paper, packaging products and all suppliers and services.

Every year, Tissue World welcomes over 6,000 tissue industry professionals, providing a platform where the industry meets, develop business relationships and gain industry insights through knowledge-driven conferences.
