The Fund is an unregistered managed investment scheme, which was established by a trust deed.

To provide investors access to the transactions completed or reviewed by the Allocation Committee and/or TIP Wealth Corporate Advisory Team which may include;
• Direct equity holdings in ASX-listed TIP Group, a financial institution with a private equity focus;
• Direct equity holdings in private and publicly held businesses identified or reviewed by TIP Group’s corporate advisory practice;
• Hybrid and convertible notes associated with private and public businesses identified or reviewed by TIP Group’s corporate advisory practice; and
• Debt instruments secured by assets, property or company cash flows identified by EM Commercial Finance and TIP Group’s corporate advisory practice.TIP Group companies and third-party managers.
To ensure holding cash holdings do not reduce returns without compromising on the quality of investments the fund will invest excess cash in the “Conscious Investor Fund”
10% - 30% in Australian and international listed equities,
10% - 50% in asset-backed commercial debt, fixed interest investments
0% -70% in private equity
0% - 100% in cash

Investment return objective
Who can invest?
Unit price at the end of each quarter (ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December each year).
The fund is focused on capital growth targeting long-term returns that are higher than the 5-year average of the ASX 300.
The target return is not a forecast and is not guaranteed. The actual total return may rise or fall. Investors should note that past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
This Offer is open to persons, trusts or companies who qualify as wholesale, sophisticated or professional investors as defined in the Act. See section 3.2 and the Application Form for further details.
The Unit price is calculated in accordance with the Constitution and is based on the value of the underlying assets of the Fund with an adjustment for any relevant Transaction Costs.
The current Unit price is available by contacting the Registrar.
Provided you qualify to invest in the Fund, you must make a minimum initial investment of $50,000 to participate in the Fund (or such lower amount as we accept at our discretion).
After the initial investment there is no minimum for further investments, however the Trustee may choose to reject part or all of an investment request.
To do this, you must provide at least one month’s notice to the Registrar of your application to redeem those Units from the Fund.
Redemptions are subject to the limitations set out under section 3.

Like any investment of this type, there are risks associated with investing in the Fund. Distributions are not guaranteed, nor are any capital returns. For further information about the specific risks associated with the Fund, see section 8.
There are fees and costs (plus GST) payable in relation to the management of the Fund. See below for information.
• 1.25% per annum Investment Management Fee
• 0.25% per annum Trustee Fee
• 20% of any Fund Performance above a Hurdle Rate of 6% per annum.
