Construction Drawings

Now that your dream home has been designed and refined, and site reports have been obtained, we can organise the construction drawings. Construction drawings are the detailed “how to” for your builder (or you) to follow, and all the various regulators to use when providing development and building approvals. Included in your construction drawing set is your building energy rating certificate, summarising your new homes thermal, energy and water usage performance.

DA Approval

With the drawings and energy ratings complete, the next step is to obtain development / planning approval. With 26 years of experience dealing with almost every council in Australia, allow us to guide you through the process of preparing and lodging an application, or if you prefer a complete ‘hands off’ experience, we can provide a complete submission service via a qualified development consultant at your request.

Supplier Quotes

With your DA now in the hands of council, internal colour selections are made and our team of highly experienced estimators can begin producing a bill of materials for all of the components needed. They will then acquire and present to you the trade costs of materials to ensure that the right components are selected, the correct quantities are ordered and that every piece has its place in your new home.

By this time, you have already established your preferred method of construction.

With your home nearing completion, all that is left is for you to work out how best to furnish your dream home.
