I hope that your volunteering experience, will be an enjoyable and rewarding one. I appreciate your me is important to you and would like to sincerely thank you for choosing to volunteer. Volunteers are ordinary people like you who, by giving freely of their me make an extraordinary impact across County Tipperary. So, if you already volunteer, we say, “Thank You” and if you are considering it, we ask “What can we do for you?”. I would encourage you to look at volunteering as an “Exchange” rather than doing something for free. Volunteering is a Win-Win situaon, you get more back than you give. More importantly though, you are not alone; the free services of Tipperary Volunteer Centre are here to assist you in any way we can. Hopefully you will find all the informaon you require either in this Welcome Pack or on the Tipperary Volunteer website, www.pperaryvoluntercentre.ie . We are here to offer advice and support through a range of services that include informaon provision, consultaon, training, and Garda Veng. We believe passionately in the value of volunteering and view it as a vital component in progressive community development, by volunteering, you are contribung to that vision, making it a reality. Once again, welcome, I look forward to you volunteering with us.
Yours sincerely,
Derek Manager Tipperary Volunteer Centre
