A Major Milestone and A Strong Company Culture A Message From Our CEO, Charles J. Bonfiglio I would like to sincerely congratulate our entire Tint World® Franchise Family for hitting a major milestone within our franchise! The amazing collective growth has led to achieving our highest weekly chainwide sales of $1,511,233 for week ending 4/30/2022. Your professionalism with sales, service and dedication to serving your customers clearly showed. Our company is growing rapidly and while there is no surefire formula for instant success, there are proven ways to reach growth milestones and continued accelerating growth. While I have shared many of these tips before, they are worth mentioning again: • Hire the right people. Consider paying above market price for the right person. • Build a strong customer base by acquiring new customers and providing superior customer service. • Focus on established revenue sources through repeat business and customer loyalty programs. • Attend networking eventsin your local community such as: car shows, Chamber of Commerce events, etc. • Maintain an active social media presence for your business that consumers can find easily. • Improve Company Culture that leads to business growth and lifestyle success. We are always seeking new ways to build a strong company culture that inspires our team to collaborate, contribute and connect with each other. Through great leadership, companies thrive by providing purpose and direction in an organization. Tint World Headquarters recently organized and held an offsite Company Leadership Seminar for our corporate staff. We believe great leadership helps employees grow and connect with people they work with. Our employees utilized DISC assessments as part of the leadership activities that provided self-reflection and help our team to understand each other which leads us to the best way to work together. We highly encourage all our franchisees to have new hires take a DISC Assessment and discover their unique behavioral style for better workplace performance. As I reflect on our team at Tint World Headquarters, I see our mission is aligned with company culture of camaraderie, dedication, loyalty, and all working towards the same vision of success. My hope in sharing these thoughts, is to inspire each of you to find ways to bring your team together, and make your working environment fun and fulfilling which will likely generate revenue growth.
