Our theme this year, “Race To Success: Shifting Gears” is a continuation from last year’s theme because 2020 was one of the most successful year’s Tint World has ever had! Cordell Riley Cordell is a top franchising professional who has spent more than 20 years helping thousands of companies achieve outstanding success. After graduating from Mississippi State University and serving state-side during Desert Shield, Cordell began a career with Driven Brands (owner of Meineke and Maaco). Cordell is very involved with the International Franchise Association (IFA) via board leadership and numerous speaking roles. Prior board roles have also included the Automotive Aftermarket Association and the Motorist Assurance Program.
Dorien Morin-van Dam Dorien is a social media consultant, organic Social Media specialist, certified Agile Marketer, community manager and keynote speaker. She has been a social media professional for over 10 years. Starting out as a local marketing specialist and working mostly within the B2B space, she is currently working with an array of clients including entrepreneurs, eCommerce, and international brands. In her spare time, Dorien loves to hike, run, and ski the mountains of Vermont with her family and four dogs. You will recognize Dorien offline and on stage by her signature orange glasses, a nod to her Dutch heritage.

Race Day Dress Code Throughout the course of the day, we ask that Owners and Managers wear the provided Pit Crew T-Shirts. If any other staff members will be attending, we ask that they also wear the Pit Crew T-Shirts (if purchased by the Owner) or a nice Tint World shirt of their choosing. During the Winner’s Circle Awards Ceremony, we ask that everyone change into nice, semi-formal attire (i.e., a button-down shirt or polo with a collar for men, a nice blouse or dress for women).
Winner’s Circle Afterparty You are invited to a virtual Winner’s Circle Afterparty to further celebrate our success in 2020! It will take place immediately following the Winner’s Circle Awards Ceremony where we will partake in Decadent Desserts, Drinks, and Discussions! Please save the provided cookies until then.
