Friends of the Scotts Valley Library The Friends of the Scotts Valley Public Library (FSVPL) is throwing itself a birthday party to celebrate all it has accomplished for the years, and to widen the circle of Friends of the Scotts Valley Library. 2014 Youth Shakespeare Program Scotts Valley Performing Arts presents the 2014 Youth Shakespeare Program’s production of “The Trader from Tau Cetia” (Formerly known as “The Merchant of Venice”).
