cottsdale City Council reversed course on Jan. 19, deciding not to create a new citizen task force to review a draft general plan scheduled to go before voters in November. Just a week prior, Council voted 4-3 to consider the creation of a seven-member task force to review draft General Plan 2035 at the behest of Councilwoman Kathy Little�ield. The draft plan was already reviewed and edited over 10 months by a citizen review committee made up of 13 members of city
