Marcus & Millichap facilitates land sale in Peoria

Ryan Sarbinoff, the regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, announced the sale of a 2.64-acre parcel of land in Peoria. The asset sold for $875,000.

Art Rullo, Michael E. Farrar and Ross Smith, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability partnership.

The property is located on North Lake Pleasant Parkway, north of Jomax Road.

“The out-of-state buyer acquired this parcel along with the 2.19-acre property to the immediate south,” Rullo said. “The buyer closed after a two-year escrow and plans to pursue approvals from the city of Peoria to develop a built-to-rent community on the combined 4.83-acre site.” PT
