POLICE EVIDENCE FACILITY PROJECT NO.CP0695 The City of Mesa is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide PreConstruction Services assistance and complete Construction Services as the CMAR for the Police Evidence Facility Project.
