Handicaps will be determined by the low index over the past 12 months (July 8th, 2024 - July 7th, 2025). Each participant must have posted a minimum of twelve 18 hole scores in the last 12 months (July 8th, 2024- July 7th, 2025).

The Golf Shop reserves the right to review and adjust any and all handicaps it deems necessary. Members and guests will be advised of any changes, and changes are retroactive to the first day of play.
In case of a tie for the Overall Gross or Net Champions, a sudden-death playoff will be played immediately after the competition has concluded. Teams will play hole #18 continuously until a champion is determined. The format will be the Aggregate of Both Players. All other ties will be determined by the back-nine scoring method as recommended by the USGA (Official Guide to the Rules of Golf 5(6)).

Please note that distance only range finders and USGA conforming golf clubs are allowed. The 14 club rule is in effect. Please silence your cell phone at all times while at the Club.

The rules pertaining to this tournament are located on the scorecard. They differ slightly from those on our regular scorecards, so please note the following:
Be advised that there are absolutely NO GIMMIES AND NO ROOT RELIEF.
Scorecards must be signed, attested and turned in to the scorekeepers each day immediately after play.
Thursday and Saturday rounds will be posted as tournament scores by the Golf Shop. Since Thursday’s round is Better Ball, you might have some holes where you pick-up because you are out of the hole. Please use the Equitable Stroke Control Limit to not exceed your maximum strokes allowed.
Rule F-5, 16-1 Sprinkler Heads that are within two club-lengths of the putting green and within two-club lengths of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows: The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point where the ball lay that (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green. The ball may be cleaned when lifted.

Landscape beds are “in play” proceed with rule 18 stroke and distance relief or rule 19 unpayable
Tee times for all three days are established by the Golf Shop. Absolutely NO SWITCHING is permitted, but pairings can be requested for all days, other than Saturday, July 19th.
