Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER III) Fund

We continue to face challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic; however, we also have an incredible opportunity to come back stronger than ever. Our federal government has allocated emergency funds to schools through the American Rescue Plan to recover from the impact of the pandemic. The Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund is designated to support K-12 schools to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. These are federal funds that are administered by the Arizona Department of Education. The Glendale Elementary School District is building our plan for how to use the dollars to meet the individual needs of all students while supporting staff and the community.
