istrict at Sportsman’s Park, Glendale, is the new moniker for the mixed-use project under construction near State Farm Stadium. Built in a collaboration between the city of Glendale, the Arizona Cardinals and Plaza Companies, the 62-acre project is located east of Loop 101 south of State Farm Stadium and to the east of the new VAI Resort, which will also contain the new Mattel Theme Park. “This project will create new employment opportunities for the community, attract business and commerce to the area,

and will provide additional enhancements for this critically important area of Glendale,” City Manager Kevin Phelps said. “We look forward to continuing to work with Plaza Companies and the Arizona Cardinals on this project as we create a new economic engine for the community and a dynamic live-work experience in Glendale that is unrivaled in the region.” District at Sportsman’s Park, Glendale, includes two parcels of land in the northwest portion of the property owned by an affiliate of the Arizona Cardinals. “The connection between District at Sportsman’s Park, Glendale, and State Farm Stadium — and its adjacent Great

Lawn — brings a unique opportunity for an enhanced guest and user experience year-round as we continue to add amenities such as Heritage at Sportsman’s Park and the BetMGM Sportsbook,” said Michael Bidwill, owner of the Cardinals. “We look forward to collaborating with Plaza Companies and the city of Glendale to create a distinctive mixed-use business center that attracts companies, creates jobs and enhances our exceptional regional amenities.” Upon completion, the vision for this high-energy, mixed-use environment could include office, hospitality, shopping, restaurant, retail and multi-family SEE CARDINALS PAGE 4

The $515 million, 2.3 million-squarefoot development is bordered by Litchfield Road, Northern Avenue, the new Northern Parkway and Luke Air Force Base. It is minutes from the Loop 303. When complete, Luke Field will include three buildings totaling 1.26 million square feet, 604,000 square feet and 416,000 square feet. All buildings will have high-end “creative industrial” amenities like another

LPC project, Park303. Luke Field is named after the adjacent Luke Air Force Base, home to the 56th Fighter Wing, part of the Air Education and Training Command, the largest fighter wing in the U.S. Air Force. “We have a history of connection to Luke Air Force Base, so the ability to purchase this land and develop near the base, within this powerhouse industrial submarket, is something we will truly enjoy,” said David Krumwiede, Lincoln Property Co. senior executive vice president. Krumwiede and LPC Vice President John Orsak have served as honorary commanders for Luke’s 56th Fighter Wing. “Our industrial projects build above and
