Simon & Garfunkel – The Concert in Central Park
June 18, from 7pm, The Civic, Queen Street, Auckland City
Many of us have been Homeward bound (bound to be at home) over the last couple of years as bridges over troubled waters have been negotiated, leaving theatres emitting only the sound of silence. However, old friends (including Mrs Robinson, Cecilia and more) are liable to head into the centre of our little town for a show which is practically guaranteed to keep its customers satisfied and feelin’ groovy. An homage to the legendary Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel performed by top Kiwi talent, this show features many a song for the asking. See www.skip.co.nz for details.
