1. Project Status

3.4. Digital Imprint Succession

3.4.1. Every Citizen has the right to appoint a "Successor" from among other registered users of the Platform to transfer accumulated "Time," personal archives, and digital status in the event of the primary account's cessation of activity.

3.4.2. The transfer of digital heritage is carried out automatically or at the request of the Successor upon confirmation of conditions established by the internal regulations of the Platform (for example, a period of inactivity exceeding 1 year or a special notification).

3.4.3. The Platform Administration provides the technical capability for data transfer but is not responsible for disputes between third parties regarding the rights to a User's digital heritage.

3.4.4. Digital heritage is an intangible intra-platform asset and is not subject to inheritance under the civil legislation of real-world states, unless otherwise provided by separate agreements with the Administration.

4. Community Rules

Any activity that violates the legislation of the user's country of residence, including calls for violence, extremism, or discrimination, is prohibited within the Project.
