Daily Tidy
Includes replacing all used towels (that have not been hung up) with clean ones, making of beds, tidying up of bathrooms, straightening out of furniture/pillows in common areas, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping of floors
Mid-Stay Linen & Tidy
(Stays of One week or Less) For stays of One Week or less, upon request by owner (optional). For stays of Two Weeks or more, Mid-Stay Linen performed once per week.

Gratuity
A suggested gratuity of $25 per day will be added to your stay to cover bell, transportation, activities, concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance. No additional tipping is expected. This excludes food & beverage.
