RESIDENCE REFRESH
As we welcome you back this season, we’re excited for you to experience the refreshed residences firsthand. Over the summer, our team completed a comprehensive enhancement program focused on elevating comfort, quality, and modern design throughout your home.
Inside the Residence Club homes, you’ll discover beautiful new Cambria® quartz countertops, complemented by soft-close kitchen cabinetry for a refined, seamless finish. In the bedrooms, plush new carpeting, upgraded mattresses, and modern ceiling fans create a more restful and inviting retreat.
The living rooms have been reimagined with a state-of-the-art 65” Samsung Vision Smart TV, new area rugs, updated artwork, and automatic Lutron shades arriving soon — all designed to deliver a more streamlined and luxurious entertainment experience. We also refreshed the outdoor lanai spaces you love, adding new gutters around the side and rear of each residence to better manage water and debris, new ceiling fans, updated lanai furniture, and professionally treated stone surfaces for a cleaner, more comfortable environment yearround.

The Pool and Oasis Pool Bar will continue operating Tuesday through Sunday, providing a relaxed setting to enjoy lunch and refreshing drinks throughout the afternoon.
For Owners who are Members of Trump National Golf Club, this season features a full schedule of tournaments and special events designed to celebrate the game and bring the membership community together. A complete slate of golf events has been provided by the Club for your reference. Outside of tournament weekends, Ladies’ Day is expected to resume on Thursdays, and Men’s Day on Fridays.
For Timbers Jupiter Owners who are not Golf Club members, course access remains available Sunday through Tuesday, based on availability as determined by the Golf Club.

A New Chapter on Captiva Island
Three years ago, Hurricane Ian brought devastation to Captiva Island and much of Southwest Florida. South Seas—at the very heart of Captiva and acquired by Timbers only months earlier—was among the hardest hit. The storm swept away guest areas that generations of families had treasured, leaving behind both physical and emotional loss. In the aftermath, Timbers moved swiftly, meeting an unforeseen challenge with urgency and resolve. The focus was not only on rebuilding what was lost, but also on strengthening the resort to withstand the storms of the future.
Through the hard work, dedication, and countless late nights of the Timbers team, every area damaged by Ian has now been restored. While the main hotel was destroyed, residential units are fully back, and plans are in motion to rebuild hotel accommodations with even more luxury, serenity, and longevity than before. In the meantime, two new additions are opening this year: Beach House, a restaurant on Sunset Beach with sweeping Gulf views, and Captiva Landing, a lively water play area designed for families. Both honor the resort’s legacy while infusing the island with fresh energy and new experiences.
