Simple habits for better View Report reviews A quick checklist to make the tool easier to use—and the output easier to act on.
1
Start broad, then go deep
Begin with Summary for the headline story, then move into Delivery, Creatives, or Audience only where the data calls for it.
3
Use Creatives to find winners
Look beyond ad-level averages to see which videos, copy, or enhancements deserve more budget.
5
Export only the view you need
Customize columns before downloading so your CSV is clean, focused, and ready for reporting or deck building.
2
Use Delivery during the campaign
Check pacing and top-line metrics regularly so you can catch problems before they become costly.
4
Use Audience to refine targeting
Compare segments side by side so you can double down on efficient audiences and rethink weak ones.
6
Use other tabs when they appear
Placement, Search, Attribution, Split Test, and other specialized tabs show up when they are relevant—treat them as bonus lenses, not the starting point.
A friendly review flow Summary → Delivery → Creatives/Audience → Export This sequence keeps reviews simple, focused, and easy to explain to others.
