VILLAGE 2020

Best Author Tomasz Okoniewski (Poland) Tomasz Okoniewski – a historian, a journalist, a great enthusiast and promoter of photography which is his passion. He has been interested in the art of image for many years and his hobby has been treated more seriously since 2007. His favourite subject is the landscape of neighbourhood and the reportage of daily life. In his opinion, photographing the landscape teaches him how to see the world in a different way, to look at things previously unnoticed. Painting views of morning light is one thing, but the most important subject will be the man and his/her emotions. Tomasz Okoniewski holds the EFIAP/s photo title as well as the AFRP title (i.e. the Artist Photographer of the Republic of Poland) and the AFF title (i.e. Fotoferia Artist), GPU CR3 (Global Photographic Union) MIVAF (Master Indian Visual Arts Foundation) and Master of Light - cMoL. The author is a member of the RCKP Krosno Photoclub, an honorary member of the Fotoferia Club (Club Artist Fiap), a member of the Photoclub of the Republic of Poland and one of the organisers of an online group named FotoKrosno. Juror of national and international competitions. In 2016, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage awarded Tomasz Okoniewski with “The Badge of Honour - Meritorious for Polish Culture”. In 2017, the author was honored with the Presidential Award of the City of Krosno for outstanding achievements in the field of culture. In 1918, the Photoclub of the Republic of Poland awarded the author the medal “For merits for Polish photography” on the 100th anniversary of regaining independence (1918-2018).

Томасз Окониевски - историчар, новинар, велики ен­ тузијаста и промотeр фотографије која му је страст. Дуго година га је занимала уметност слике, а хобију се озбиљније посветио од 2007. Његова омиљена тема је пејзаж околине и репортажа о свакодневном животу. Према његовом мишљењу, фотографисање пејзажа учи га како да свет види на другачији начин, да опажа ствари које раније није приметио. Сликање призора под јутарњом светлости је важан, али најважнији елемент биће човек и његова/ њена осећања. Томасз Окониевски је носилац фотографске титуле ЕФИАП/с, као и АФРП (тј. уметнички фотограф Р. Пољске) и титулу АФФ (тј. Фотофериа уметник), ГПУ ЦР3 (светска фотографска унија) МИВАФ (индијска фондација, мастер визуелних уметности) и мајстор светлости - цМоЛ. Аутор је члан фото-клуба РЦКП Кросно, почасни члан Фотофериа клуба (Фиап клуб уметника), члан фото-клуба Р. Пољске и један од орга­ низатора онлајн групе Фото Кросно. Жиририра на националним и међународним такмичењима. Године 2016. министар културе и народне баштине доделио је Томасзу „Орден части - за допринос пољској култури“.

2017. је награђен је председничком наградом града Кросно за изузетна достигнућа у области културе.

1918. Фото-клуб Р. Пољске аутору је доделио медаљу “за заслуге за пољску фотографију” поводом стo­ годишњице повратка независности (1918-2018).
