As part of our ongoing efforts to find ways to reduce our impact on the planet we have developed an eco range which we are adding to each season. Created with the environment in mind, our eco range uses materials that are mindful of environmental impacts.
The vast majority of plastics used are bioplastic, packaging is made from recycled or Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) paper and our eco crayons are made with natural soy and beeswax with colors made of 100% natural, non-petroleum based pigments. See each item’s detail for individual environmental credentials.

Back Orders
Orders ship when 70% of the stock is available or at Tiger Tribe’s discretion when less than 70%.
No backorders will be shipped below $80.
Payment Terms
First order: payment before shipping (credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover)
Net 30 upon credit approval via bank transfer ACH
Returns/Claims/Damages
Defective product is Tiger Tribe’s responsibility, and we will always replace the defective part or, when necessary, the whole product. We do not want Retailers “fixing” products or giving a discount on them. Truly defective parts or whole products are potentially dangerous and need to be destroyed. In all cases, please take a photo and state the batch code in all communication.
Product or packaging damaged in transit is the responsibility of the freight company. We request the help of a retailer to inspect cartons. Please note any damages to cartons before signing for the delivery and notify info@tigertribeinternational. com asap, with details and photos, so we can make a claim.
Short shipments
Please count all cartons before signing for a shipment. If you sign for a shipment and a carton is missing, a claim cannot be made with the freight company.
Should your order be short due to a packing error, notification is required within five days of delivery.
Claims and Damages
All claims for damages or shipment variations must be sent within five days of receipt of goods and are subject to replacement or credit at Tiger Tribe’s discretion.
Returns Process
A Return Authority number (RA#) must be requested from our customer service team via email: info@tigertribeinternational.com
Restocking
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all goods returned to the warehouse.
MAP Policy
To uphold our pricing policies, we require all retailers to advertise Tiger Tribe products at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Retailers include online stores and third party marketplaces such as, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart online, Target online and others. Any advertising that displays a product’s price below the MAP at any time will be considered a violation of this policy. However, alternative promotions such as “free shipping” are allowed, if they do not affect the product’s advertised price.
Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is two times the wholesale price and is equivalent to the MAP price. If you require a list of MAP pricing for all Tiger Tribe products, please contact us via email: info@tigertribeinternational.com
3rd Party – Online Sales
The sale of Tiger Tribe products on amazon.com is strictly prohibited as Tiger Tribe has partnered with an exclusive Amazon distributor.
Resellers may only sell Tiger Tribe products online from their own dedicated business retail site, and not from third party marketplaces.
If you fail to comply with any of the terms mentioned above, your account will be terminated. Please ensure that you adhere to all the terms to avoid any inconvenience.
