During monthly meetings, you'll embrace the opportunity to guide a select Group of 12-15 ultrahigh-net-worth individuals, to unveil new insights, unlock exciting opportunities, and forge innovative pathways for growth. You will steer impactful discussions on critical topics such as wealth preservation, family dynamics, legacy planning, and philanthropic strategies.
Your deep financial knowledge and seasoned expertise in navigating the ultra-high-net-worth world are crucial in fostering a supportive environment where Members can explore new opportunities and achieve substantial growth As a Chair, your leadership will not only shape the future of individuals within your group but also reinforce the fabric of the entire TIGER 21 community

As of today, TIGER 21 has more than 1,600 Members and 135 Groups worldwide, creating and delivering an active global community that makes each Member's success more meaningful, impactful, and long-lasting. Transitioning from Member to Chair does not mean leaving the community you've helped build; rather, it's transforming into a new role where you amplify your impact Although you will no longer hold a Membership status, your engagement with the TIGER 21 community deepens as you guide new members, drawing from your rich history with us and continuing to connect with an ever-expanding network of peers.

TIGER 21 Chairs are the driving force behind our mission, empowering Members to elevate their achievements and leave a lasting legacy While the intrinsic rewards of chairing a TIGER 21 Group are immeasurable, it's worth noting that this role also offers the opportunity for substantial financial compensation On average, Chairs overseeing a full Group can earn a six-figure income as independent contractors, acknowledging the value they bring to our community.
With an average monthly commitment of approximately 30 hours after a Group is established, chairing a TIGER 21 Group provides both flexibility and gratification Furthermore, many of our Chairs choose to extend their impact by leading multiple Groups, further enriching their own experiences and benefiting an even larger community of Members It's a journey that combines personal fulfillment with the opportunity to inspire others to reach their full potential.
