With an average monthly commitment of 20 to 25 hours after a Group is established, chairing a TIGER 21 Group provides both flexibility and gratification Furthermore, many of our Chairs choose to extend their impact by leading multiple Groups, further enriching their own experiences and benefiting an even larger community of Members It's a journey that combines personal fulfillment with the opportunity to inspire others to reach their full potential.
