Ordering

To place an order via email (shop@tiffbits.com), please include the SKU and quantities you’d like to order, and complete shipping address. Or, visit our online wholesale shop: faire.com/direct/tiffbits

Order Minimums

Opening order minimum is $150, reorder minimum is $100. Please refer to price list for per style minimums.

Turnaround Time

Allow 8-10 business days for your order to be packed prior to invoice and shipment. Times may vary during busy holiday season.

Payment

Orders are payable by credit card or PayPal at the time of shipment. You will receive an invoice with final shipping costs as soon as it’s packed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground upon cleared payment. Shipping costs are added to your order upon invoicing. Duties/taxes (international) are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage. Insurance and expedited shipping is available upon request.

Adjustments & Returns

Changes to your order must be requested within 48 hours of submitting your order. Returns of wholesale orders are not accepted unless damaged/incorrect stock is received. Please reach out within 4 days of receiving your order if there are any issues!
