YEARS OF HISTORY OUR VISION

The growth of the business over the past 25 years has been astronomical. We have grown from selling merchandise by piece in the flea markets of Queens to becoming one of the largest suppliers of hair accessories and costume jewelry to companies around the world including the United States, Canada, Europe, Caribbean, North America, Central America, and South America.

To set the standard of excellence for service in the jewelry and industry by leveraging our manufacturing, design creation, production, delivery capabilities offering our customers quality service and products based on real time fashion trends.

Our factories and distribution centers are located in the hottest markets of China to develop and source the trendiest merchandise. Our talented team of designers travel the world to research changes in consumer behavior and translate trends into popular products.

1987

1991

Peter and Michelle Lin move to New York with the mission to distribute trendy, low-cost hair accessories produced from Taiwan. Their first daughter, Melody, is born as does the start and rise of the Melody brand line for kid’s hair accessories.

Peter travels to China to find strategic partners with production and capabilities.

From designing and developing proprietary products to sourcing raw materials and handling the production and distribution of packaged and branded product, the company grows and starts to scale.

1994 To keep up with demand, Peter opens a manufacturing and distribution center Guangzhou employing over 100 employees in the production line.

2015 The company continues to expand in volume and variety, establishing strategic partnerships with over 1,000 retailers and wholesalers worldwide.

1998 As business continues to grow, Peter opens a sales and distribution center in Yiwu, specializing in the expansion of affordable hair accessories and a new line of costume jewelry.

Once a product is fabricated, it has to be transported to a final destination or holding facility. Since transportation costs are largely driven by cost, an item’s target price and demand often influence the method of transport.

Once a product has been transported to the specified location, it has to be received by the customer. The bill of lading is carefully reviewed to help guarantee payment and ensure accuracy of the shipment.

Whether final products are stored at the source, transported to your facility, or moved to intermediary site largely depends on product demand.
