With that in mind we will work with you early on - at application - drawing together live market data, using our iPX app, and your local knowledge to zone in on properties we can use in preparing your Market Appraisal Report which will outline the value of your home, with supporting evidences.
Assisted Sale
As the name suggests we help to sell your home, to enable to you complete the reservation on your new build home in as stress free way as possible. With experienced professionals managing all aspects of the sale of your property you can enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that your home sale is in the best hands.
After establishing the value of your home, using data and the views of experienced professionals in the your local market, we’ll market your home managing viewing and offers, dealing with estate agents and liaising with you to keep you fully informed and in control.
Once the sale is agreed we’ll drive the sale to completion on your behalf, keeping in regular contact with you and dealing with all parties involved to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible in as quick a time as possible.

Part Exchange
Part Exchange is a quick way of finding a buyer for your home, your house builder, putting you in a strong position to proceed with a new build home. You use your existing property, to help reserve a new one!
Since your home will not go on the open market you will not undergo all the normal stages associated with selling a home and the worries that they bring.
After a thorough assessment of the open market value of your home your house builder will make an offer for buying your property. Once accepted your home is now sold.
Even better, you are able to remain in your old home until your new build home is ready for you to move into.

Complete your application – work with the house builder’s site team to complete your application. Your home valuation – we use data and property experience to robustly establish the value of your home.
Making an offer on your home – based on the findings of the Market Appraisal Report you will receive an offer from the house builder for your property.
Accept the offer and secure your new home! - once you accept an offer you will then be in a position to formally secure your new build home.

Move in! – wait in your home until your new home is ready and then it’s time to move!

What if just want to sell through a local Estate Agent?
We appreciate that selling via a local estate agent will be more familiar to you than the Assisted Move or part Exchange route outlined here.
