Part Exchange is a quick way of finding a buyer for your home, your house builder, putting you in a strong position to proceed with a new build home. You use your existing property, to help reserve a new one!

Since your home will not go on the open market you will not undergo all the normal stages associated with selling a home and the worries that they bring.

After a thorough assessment of the open market value of your home your house builder will make an offer for buying your property. Once accepted your home is now sold.

Even better, you are able to remain in your old home until your new build home is ready for you to move into.

What if just want to sell through a local Estate Agent?

We appreciate that selling via a local estate agent will be more familiar to you than the Assisted Move or part Exchange route outlined here.

Some of the advantages of our approach Simply put we work with estate agents when selling your home, but in a different way and in a way that brings significant advantages: 1. Getting the valuation of your home right for a strong sale – it is common for homeowners to be enticed by higher than market home valuations. Sadly this approach can result in a slower sale and lower final selling price.
