ORGANIC GROWTH

When the building is in a rich landscape, we think more abbout how to connect with the site. Like the theory of "negative architecture", the building is not a deliberately designed block shape, but a living organism that grows out of the base. The streamlined shape emerges from the ground and grows upwards like bamboo shoots after a rain. The texture of the facade not only echoes the upward growth of the shope, but also echoes the internal structure, which makes the whole building a natural organic whole. This organism intergrates into the surrounding environment, bringing infinite growth vitality to this new area of Suzhou.

CONCEPT

As a new key development area in Suzhou, the tower has a very important status. The tower crown as an important display point of the tower adopts the symbolism of crown, and the whole is transparent and bright, emitting a dazzling light at night.

The hotel's sky lobby is connected to different functional spaces by a revolving staircase. The overhanging connecting bridge is also the focal space in the overall design. The overall wood grain material highlights the luxurious and high-end atmosphere of the hotel. The contemporary art sculpture in the sky will also become the highlight space of the hotel, allowing guests to experience a different kind of high-end hotel service in the sky in all aspects.

Based on the concept of "Green Valley", the design emphasizes bringing outdoor boxes and green plants into the interior headquarters atrium and placing businesses around the public space to create an interpenetrating space, an interaction of information and technology, as well as an open community platform. At the same time, through the analysis of the future working mode, the project will define new office space attributes and provide flexible and diverse office portfolio strategies for different office needs. At the same time, in the new online economy headquarters, we will apply low-carbon materials and integrate the external wall energy-saving technology to achieve a low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable office and business environment.

The cradle-to-cradle design (C2C design) proposes that companies need to protect and enrich the ecosystem and natural biological metabolism, while also maintaining a safe and productive industrial metabolism, which includes high-quality use and recycling of organic substances and technical nutrients. From cradle to cradle design is a complete economic, corporate and social framework. It is hoped that a system that is not only efficient, but is essentially waste-free.

Broadly speaking, this system is not limited to industrial design and manufacturing, but can be applied to many levels of civilization, such as urban environment, architecture, economics, and social systems.

This project is a Sports Complex with a Basketball Stadium in North St. Louis as a way of studying the ablation of large scape architecture. With the continuous change of human's understanding of art and the pursuit of architecture, the development of architectural forms has become more and more diversified, and the building with ablation is an important trend. This trend has reasons for criticizing the aesthetic changes of vision-centric theory, the importance of humanistic expressions, the reasons for calling for the coordinated development and harmony. coexistence of architecture and the site environment.

The site of the entire building is in the north of St. Louis. North St. Louis has high rates of obesity and fewer medical resources than other areas. The design combines local issues and aims to design a stadium that is open to the public. The gymnasium contains various functions, including football, basketball, fitness, and some commercial parts. The roof of the building itself serves as a sports park, attracting more people to exercise here. And the basketball arena is a city-level stadium, not individual, but all high schools and universities can be rented by time. Holding the league can increase the flow of people to the whole stadium and attract more people to play sports here and have a healthier body.

GYMNASTICS

Because of people's dissatisfaction with the strong posture of architecture. As a result, I attempted to seek a dialogue between architecture and architecture, nature, and the city. They tried to let the architecture melts into the site, natural, and urban environment with a humble and friendly appearance, and prevent the expansion of the visibility of modern architecture. As can be seen from the figure, the whole building is effectively hidden under the landscape. And the roof space is effectively used to design the pedestrian path. Throughout the area, there are various sports venues and facilities that could become a future sports gathering place for St. Louis.

The design of the sanctuary is all about finding the most comfortable, protected, and memorable scenes. Let some residents, even those without legal status, be granted temporary asylum.

One of my most comfortable memories is of my grandmother's backyard, so many years ago. Although things have changed now, that familiar feeling still comes up frequently. Design a shelter for refugees based in grandma's backyard. I hope they can feel the same comfort, I think. It will serve as a temporary stop for the refugees.

Description: .This is a long and narrow space, next to my grandmother’s house, is the secret spcae of me and my brother. We have explored together and overcome the fear together. At that carefree age, there are many precious memories of us.

This is a scene from memory. Next to my grandmother's house is a boiler room with a tall chimney and a small coal mountain. There are tall trees and a protective wall of red bricks. We often play inside and outside the wall. Climbing this wall is another novel, unknown and interesting world

Choose the same height as the surrounding environment to form a huge and hidden volume.

To ensure the continuity of the previous narrow and long space, a relatively closed trapezoidal plot was selected.

The material is similar to that of the surroundings, which acts as a camouflage. And the use of glass bricks increases the drama of the building.

From the low-level to the multi-level, it presents a diminishing gap, extending the meaning of standing high.

Refugees, you deserve a happy life. I can't change anything, but I hope I can give you some temporary happiness. Now, it's time for the dream to wake up......

This mysterious building has gone up. The mixture of red brick and glass brick adds a weird color to the building. The camouflage-like strategy is to locate the building between several residential blocks. I sat on that wall of memory, thinking back to my childhood. The backyard that made me brave and strong, the backyard that recorded so many happy memories. If I had known at that time that I could use this site to design a building, Maybe I would have been more pleased.I will be more hopeful about the future.

Because of the protection of the exhibits in the museum, there must be no direct sunlight. The facade is divided into several sections, and then the natural light is reflected in the gap through the arc-shaped staggered way to provide indoor lighting softly. Considering the different functional zones, I pushed forward some sections to create a space to interact with Central Park. Since 1954, the Cummins Foundation, founded by Miller, has employed i.M. Pei, Robert Venturi, Illyr Saarinen and his son, Arrow Saarinen, to design more than 70 buildings. As a result, the town became a testing ground for modernist architectural aesthetics, catapulting it to no. 6 on the list of American cities built.

Columbus has been called one of the best cities in the world for architecture lovers. We think it’s a great place for you to fall in love with architecture for the first time, too. Columbus's buildings embody "the optimism that Americans express in their buildings."These retro-Victorian landmarks have indeed set up a platform for the "architectural mecca" of Columbus, a scenic town in the Midwestern state of Indiana.

The design includes a duplex house and a sculpture museum design. Its role is to connect the famous architectural blocks according to the urban environment.

The first floor serves the family, and the second and third floors are rented to students and workers.

The house uses a cantilever structure to form a natural open-air open space. The glass box encloses one of the faces to form a public space for residents to use. There are large and small display spaces on the five thick columns. After someone stands in the exhibition space, let passers-by think that people may also be a work of art.
