FILE THUN inspires its customers through the quality and longevity of its products. All internal operations are run with statistical process control (SINIC®) and validated through powerful testing methods like 3D measurement. Important tools from the 6 Sigma model are constantly in use: FMEA, KAIZEN, etc. Industry 4.0 is demonstrated through interfaces between products, resources and processes. Thun’s sophisticated quality and process management which is continuously improved is ISO 9001:2008 certified and approved by TÜV Nord (voluntary production monitoring). Another strength is the excellent supply capacity which allows THUN to deal with OEM shortages in a matter of hours.
