THUN´s sophisticated quality and process management which is continuously improved is certified as per ISO 9001:2015 and approved by TÜV Nord (voluntary production monitoring). Your delivery lots are separately packed for different production days and delivered all together or even separately on the respective production days. Like that, you can internally allocate deliveries to the respective assembly lines. You won’t have any dispensable components at your production line or on stock. You gain flexibility to manage increasing product diversity.

COMP ATIBILITY TO Z VARIOUS BB-HOUSING DIMENS IONS All bb-sets – except FATJIVE - perfectly match standard bb-housings featuring a width of 68 mm. All bb-sets that feature a sleeve – except LAMBADA, X-CELL R, X-CELL RT and FATJIVE – are also available in a version that ensures compatibility with bb-housings featuring a width of 73 mm. Respectively, the compatible models are COUNTRY, NEW VOGUE, BASIC, PASO, TOPAZ, IBEX, JIVE, ZUMBA and TANGO. Please keep in mind that the chain line is extended by 2,5 mm when assembling one of these models in a 73 mm bbhousing. FATJIVE is designed to fit bb-housings with a width of 100 mm only. If you require a bb-set for bb-housings of any other length we can also offer customized solutions.

INTER CHANGE ABILITY The range of products extends beyond the bb-sets shown in this catalogue. Most of the features and sub-components are interchangeable. On top of that, it is possible to adapt the dimensions of spindles and sleeves as well as the amount of ball bearings to individual OEM requirements in order to provide highly customized solutions.
