For a long time, things at THUN have been revolving around the square taper, the proven feature of our core product.

FILE THUN inspires its customers through the quality and longevity of its products. All internal operations are run with statistical process control (SINIC®) and validated through powerful testing methods like 3D measurement. Important tools from the 6 Sigma model are constantly in use: FMEA, KAIZEN, etc. Industry 4.0 is demonstrated through interfaces between products, resources and processes. Thun’s sophisticated quality and process management which is continuously improved is ISO 9001:2008 certified and approved by TÜV Nord (voluntary production monitoring). Another strength is the excellent supply capacity which allows Thun to deal with OEM shortages in a matter of hours.
