FOUR BEDROOM

BEACH HOUSE

Our largest beach houses sleep eight adults with room to spare. Two mezzanines can accommodate two extra children on futon beds. There’s plenty of space in the open plan kitchen, dining and living area to spread out. And the decking area has plenty of space too. Relax in the hot tub and sauna or fire up the BBQ.

THREE BEDROOM

BEACH HOUSE – SKY

Sky beach houses are ideal for families with teenagers who need their own room or for a small group of friends. Three mezzanines, one of which is in the lounge, can accommodate children on futon beds. Each beach house includes a spacious decking area with a sunken cedar hot tub, sauna and BBQ

THREE BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE – DUNE

Dune beach houses are perfect for a group of friends or for families with teenagers who need their own space. Each beach house features a well-equipped open plan kitchen and living area. The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and one of the twin rooms has a lovely mezzanine that can accommodate a child on a futon bed. The spacious decking area has sunken cedar hot tub, sauna and BBQ .

TWO BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE

Designed for one couple or two or a family of four. Our two-bedroom beach houses are the perfect blend of social and private space. They each have a wellequipped kitchen, comfy sofas and log burner. And a spacious decking area with a hot tub, sauna and BBQ.

FLEXIBLE ROOM LAYOUTS

Each beach house has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom.

The additional bedrooms can be set-up as you wish. Our standard layout is twin beds with the option to change to king-size beds. Some of the twin rooms include a mezzanine. If you need extra sleeping space, then they can set-up for a child to sleep on a cosy futon bed. Just let us know your requirements when you book.

SURF LESSONS

We’ve teamed up with Global Boarders to offer the very best surf lessons for all abilities. Choose from private, beginner, family, improver or advanced lessons.

WETSUIT HIRE

Our quality Tiki ADV wetsuits are 4/3mm with full arms and legs; perfect for spring to autumn weather. We have unisex adult sizes S to XXL and junior sizes 4 to 18. And all come with extra wiggle room to help get on and off.

BOARD HIRE

We’ve teamed up with Swell, a Cornish surfboard maker, to make a range premium of surfboards, SUPs, and bodyboards. Pre-order and they’ll be ready and waiting in your beach house.

MORE EXTRAS

Beach extras: Volleyball set, beach barrow, beach tent, and parasol. Baby gear: High chair, travel cot bed, and a baby pack including steriliser, bottle warmer, and Nutri Bullet blender. See all the extras available on our website.

Inspired by our culinary travels around the world, we serve tasty street food and a lovely selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks from our street food van and tuk-tuk.

We have a selection of Cornwall’s finest private chefs available to cook restaurant quality food in the comfort of your beach house.

PIZZA NIGHTS

Perfect for beach house gatherings. We’ll bring a pizza oven and hamper brimming with ingredients all ready to cook delicious stone-baked pizzas.

DINING OUT

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT STUFF

BOOKING DEPOSIT

In order to secure a booking with us, you must pay a Booking Deposit.

Please note that if the date for payment of the Balance Payment has passed when you place your booking with us then the Balance Payment will be due in addition to the Booking Deposit in order to secure the booking. Unless otherwise specified or agreed with us, the Booking Deposit shall be an amount equal to 30% of the total booking price.

Booking Deposits are non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

After you receive your booking confirmation email you will not have an automatic legal right to cancel this contract as the services provided under it are accommodation and leisure services for which these terms provide a specific period of performance.

You may, however, be entitled to cancel your booking as set out on our website.
