Amazing produce on our doorstep, Cornwall’s reputation as a magnet for great chefs, and the setting of your beach house. A perfect storm.

Cookery Courses

Available at Chef Rupert’s Farmhouse or Three Mile Beach House. Bread course: max 4 people Fish course: max 6 people Woodfire course: Winter max 6 people. Summer max 10 people. Cook & Eat: Winter max 8 people. Summer max 12 people.

Cook & eat sessions, where everyone plays a part in the dinner. Rupert will start by running through the menu. Whether it’s prepping the fish landed that morning or mixing the dough for flatbreads, a full menu from starter to dessert will be prepped. Then you will split up and get on with your tasks! Competition will no doubt run high as the pressure is on to create the best course of the day.
