WORK EXPERIENCE
Retal Urban Development, Architectural Engineer, Development Department | Saudi Arabia, Khobar | June 2021 - Current Design Development Team:
• Contributed to the development strategy and Developed Retal’s Design Benchmark and Guidelines in a team.
• Producing weekly high-quality presentations to upper management showcasing design updates and proposals for approvals.
• Prepared RFPs & Coordinated Projects with renowned Int. & local Consultants (Landscape, Architectural, Urban, Lighting, signage, interior..).
• Designed custom Villas for prominent clients. Assisted in adjusting plans and elevations for others.
• Managed the CEO’s Private City villa & Beach Villa with Well Known int. architects (SAOTA, ELIA) & Coordinated meetings on his behalf.
• Generated architectural concepts & test fits for Residential, Hospitality, Mix-Use, Offices, Commercial Projects and Retal (Cafe, Parking).
• Developed with Cracknell the urban design code for alKhobar starting Prince Turki street & presented to Khobar Mayor.

Business Development Team:
• Leader of Khobar Art Initiative in coordination with The Eastern Municipality, Generated the strategy, assigned the Councel members.
• Coordinated meetings introducing new consultants to Retal upper management and development team.
• Developed ‘Retal Competition for Mosque Design’ in a team, received 154 designs from all over the world, reviewed by int. jurors.
• Generated Concepts for Proposal Presentations (The 15-Minute City, NEOM, AlUla, Riyadh DQ, Municipality, Private sector).
