We are all thrilled to have you join our team. Today you will meet the members of your team and be introduced to who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Our mission is to create value in, and for the people we serve. Our desire is to create a culture that speaks to the overall needs of our team, including fair wages, a stable and safe working environment, as well as creating opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.

Quality Galvanizing (QG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Threaded Fasteners, Inc. and was created in 2016 as a part of a larger vision to grow TFI into a full service fastener company. Today, QG is housed in a 12,000-square-foot building on a three-acre site in Semmes, Alabama. QG galvanizes many TFI products and continues to grow both it's galvanizing capacity and it's team. A member of the American Galvanizers Association, Quality Galvanizing is able to provide fast turnaround times and quality materials.
RTC Threaders (RTC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Threaded Fasteners was founded in 1971 by Jack Pease. Today, RTC runs under the direction of Rick Pease, and is the premier manufacturer of planetary threading equipment in the US. Threaded Fasteners, Inc. acquired the assets of RTC Threaders in October of 2021, bringing RTC into the Threaded Fasteners Family of Companies. RTC designs, engineers, and manufactures a custom line of Planetary Threaders. The RTC Line of Eagle Planetary Threading Machines are considered the gold standard in the industry. These forever machines not only last longer than any competing machine on the market, but they are also considered one of the fastest threading machines available.
SEF Distribution is a wholly owned subsidiary of Threaded Fasteners, Inc and was created to serve the wholesale industrial fastener market. Founded in 2014, SEF Distribution continues to grow its product offering and customer base through a competitive pricing combined with “equal to none” customer service.
BBC Fasteners is the newest addition as a wholly owned subsidiary to the Threaded Fasteners family. Founded in the late 1950's by Jerry Taylor, and currently managed by Gene Sullivan and Gerry Sullivan, BBC is know for its superior quality parts in the fastener industry. Threaded Fasteners is honored to bring BBC Fasteners onto our team and we look forward to how BBC Fasteners and Threaded Fasteners will strengtheneachother.
