Turn machine off

Set the stop to the proper length

Adjust your guides to the right width and make sure the guide is squared (use speed square for this)

Turn on the machine and set the blade to the proper stroke (using the limit switches)

Set the guard to where it is 1/16" over the plate

Run a test bar; make adjustments if needed; QC inspect
