Lock-out the machine

Determine what parts you will need for the job

Take the tooling out of the machine and replace with the proper tool

Swedge Blocks

Curved Washer

Pinching Die

Unlock the machine and turn on

Set your stroke for the proper depth by using the limit switch controls

Put the machine in job to test your part; make any adjustments as needed

Have a QC inspect to make sure it is in spec
