CHAMFER MACHINE Lock-out the machine and turn off air Take out gripper blocks Put the proper gripper blocks for bar diameter in Unlock the machine and turn on air Set the stroke and feed speed for diameter Run test bar; make adjustments as needed Get QC to sign off on part
