Bender BENDER Lock-out machine Take out the plunger Put in proper plunger for bar diameter Set stop for proper bend length Unlock machine and turn on Center rollers between plunger Set limit switches for the proper stroke Run a test bar to check proper bend and length; make adjustments as needed Get QC to check and sign off a part
