AUTO SHEAR Lock-out machine Take out the three shear dies Clean the dies and put them back on the rack Clean the inside of the die housing Put dies in the machine, hand tighten the nut down, and set the keeper Load the bars on the feeder table Adjust lifting finger if needed for bar size Roll one bar onto rollers to set the pinch roller in place Line the bar to the center of the dies; you may have to move up and down or right to left Set the stop to the proper cut length Unlock machine, power the machine up, and run a test bar; if length is incorrect, make adjustments until at proper length
