“KEYS TO GOOD TENANCY” PILOT

families completed 8 sessions on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, leases, communicating with landlords; received a of $100 monthly rent stipend for 12 months, up to 3 months’ rent guarantee for landlords.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION & ADVOCACY

In spring 2022 FPP, family service network partners and HAPCO (Philadelphia’s largest landlord association) aggressively advocated for eviction prevention funding.

500 20 15mil for rent assistance to prevent evictions, which later grew to over $30 million.
