Generative, Algorithmic and Parametric Design Processes are increasingly integrated in Architectural Design. Computational Design and its later Paradigms are examined through the concept of Emergence, that is the concept describing in which method does the final result/product comes to existence.
This Thesis aims to clarify a more conscious use of the multiple possibilities and tools that computational design has brought to the field of architecture and to draw the lines towards a more innovative mindset in terms of the production of the final architectural result.
