Arctic Spa’s Recreation Complex is proud to present Spring 2025 pickup basketball. Hosted in the south side of the facility; the fieldhouse will be open to all, aged 16+. The drop-in rate is $5 per player, free to those with TRC memberships.
During game time we encourage the families of participants to enjoy the game from our viewing area located in the upper level of the complex.
Spectators will be able to watch the game, and are encouraged to bring their children for a free evening of play in the dance studio. Play equipment will be provided for youth to play. Chairs and chat will be available to mothers and care providers.

Baby massage is beneficial for both infants and their parents. In fact, many professionals and researchers say that massaging your baby helps bring you closer together and contributes to baby’s physical, social, and emotional development.
Join us for a three-part miniseries on infant massage, where you’ll learn gentle techniques to:
Soothe common childhood discomforts. Promote better sleep for your baby. Reduce colic, gas and fussiness. Enhance caregiver & child bonding. Support healthy growth and development. Improve digestion & circulation.

Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking you and to help your child feel safe, regulate their emotions, and build their self-esteem.
In this seven-week program, we will explore practical strategies to recognize your child’s needs and nurture secure attachment in both infants and children.
