Bell We are proud to introduce our new after school program, Beyond the Bell. This weekly program is fun drop-in style play, geared toward children aged 7-12. With planned activities, games, and crafts there’s no need to bring anything but your passion for play.

A place for parents and their young children to learn, play, and socialize together.

Early Childhood Play Enriching your child’s early years by sharing in weekly parent and tot activities.

For parents and caregivers of children 0-6yrs of age. Join our parenting community as we come together to share experiences through play and socialization.

Located in Arctic Spas Recreation Complex’s fieldhouse, a large gymnasium setting.

Our family friendly setting is a comfy backdrop to get out of the house and enjoy the morning with your baby. Free play format with a wind-down at the end of each morning. Engaging play such as playdough creation, finger painting, water play, and ages and stages fundamental milestone play; Stay n’ Play is a free drop-in program.

New Year Special - Jan 7th Wishing Star Craft Our Wishing Star craft is a perfect activity to help little ones think about their hopes and dreams for the coming year. This simple project creates a beautiful keepsake and a special moment to share with your child.

Homeschool Hub We are proud to introduce our new homeschool play program, Homeschool Hub. A monthly play group hosted by Arctic Spas Rec Complex. With planned activities, games, and equipment there’s no need to bring anything but your passion for play.

Monday, January 19th 1-2:30pm Recreation This monthly program brings homeschool families together for themed play sessions and engaging activities. Each month, we will explore new activities through hands-on play and group games. Parents are encouraged to participate in the fun; creating a collaborative and engaging environment for our kids to play and enjoy local recreation along side their peers.

This month we will be kicking it old school for the New Year! With games like Red Light Green Light, Red Rover, and Tug of War.

Homeschool Hub is a local program for the youth of our homeschool community to come engage in enriching activities. Held in the Fieldhouse, children will participate in planned recreation and meet new friends.

Arctic Spa’s Recreation Complex is proud to present pickup basketball Hosted in the south side of the facility; the fieldhouse will be open to all, aged 16+. Please bring clean indoor runners.

The drop-in rate is $5 per player, free to those with TRC memberships.

Shinny is an unstructured, noncompetitive game open to all skill levels, where players organize themselves for a fun, casual game of hockey. It's a great way to enjoy hockey without the pressure or cost of a formal league.

Hockey sticks, pucks, and other equipment are permitted during shinny.

Public skate is our scheduled ice program where the public can skate for fun & recreation. It provides a dedicated time for individuals & families of all skill levels to enjoy a leisurely skate.

65 Side Hustles Join us for an interactive and fun workshop where you will be able to: X

Develop an understanding of the benefits to having a side hustle

List out the logistics involved in starting a side hustle

Know the basic tax responsibilities of earning extra income

Identify various skillsets to know which of the 65 side hustles is best for you!

This interactive and fun workshop will last 60 minutes in an online workshop format. We take a “grab and go” approach: grab an idea or two and go try it. All participants will walk away with ideas, resources, and the full curriculum upon request. If you’ve been wondering about starting another source of income on the side, this webinar is for you.

Relationship Skills Workshops Relationship Skills is a series of four free workshops for adults designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills to support healthy relationships with self and others. By registering, participants will receive one zoom link and are encouraged to attend any of the sessions.

This workshop is delivered online; a reliable Internet connection required.

Upcoming Free Workshops Module 1: Relationship with Self Knowing ourselves can help us define what is important to us in relationships. This workshop helps us to learn about ourselves through identifying our personal values. This can increase our ability to be more intentional about the choices that we make.
