Cancellations
NSF Fee
Payment is required in-full at the time of registration. Cash, debit or personal cheques are all accepted. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be submitted prior to the registration deadline or a minimum 7 days before the program start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline.
A $28 NSF fee will be charged for all NSF cheques. All NSF payments must be made with debit or cash.
Waivers must be filled out at time of payment. Waivers and payments are required for registration to be complete.

TurboKick is a high-energy class that features cardio kickboxing combos and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. TurboKick LIVE classes are designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced levels.
Encouraging all ages and levels of fitness to this circuit interval training with core strengthening , cardio, and strength training.
